Bread Pakoda is a popular Indian tea-time snack made by sandwiching a spicy potato filling between bread slices and coating it in a thick roasted chickpea flour batter. The stuffed bread is then deep-fried until golden, creating a crispy exterior with a soft, flavorful center. This recipe uses instant potato flakes for quick preparation and simple spices for classic flavor. Once fried, the pakodas are rested briefly to retain their crispiness. Served hot with chutney and fried green chillies, Bread Pakoda makes a comforting, indulgent treat perfect for monsoon evenings or as a satisfying appetiser for any occasion.
