A creamy, indulgent twist on the classic tiramisu! This Chia Tiramisu Pudding layers rich, coffee-infused chia pudding with velvety mascarpone or coconut cream, topped with a dusting of cocoa powder for that signature tiramisu flavor. Light yet satisfying, it’s a guilt-free dessert that’s packed with fiber and perfect for a sweet treat any time of day.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, coconut milk, soy milk, khandsari sugar, and black chia seeds. Whisk thoroughly until well combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
After chilling, give the mixture a quick stir.
In a serving mug, layer 2 to 3 tablespoons of the chia pudding. Spread it evenly.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of yogurt on top and smooth it out.
Repeat the layering process with another portion of chia pudding, followed by yogurt, ensuring each layer is even.
Finish by dusting a generous amount of cocoa powder on top.
