Ingredients

20g Ginger (roughly chopped)

2 sticks of Cinnamon (broken into pieces)

5-6 nos Cloves

4-5 Cardamom Pods

1⁄2 tsp Urban Platter Lakadong Turmeric Powder

2-3 pcs Star Anise
Directions
Grind together the ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom pods, until it forms a rough paste.
Add this paste to a pot of boiling water, and let it boil for 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle in the Lakadong Turmeric powder and stir until combined.
Pour into cups, along with a star anise flower, and serve hot.
