Ingredients

100g Butter (softened)

2 tbsp Solapur Groundnut Chutney

8 slices of Bread

200g Grated Cheese

50g Butter (for cooking)
Directions
In a bowl, mix together the butter and the Groundnut Chutney.
Apply onto the bread slices, evenly.
Sprinkle the cheese liberally over the buttered slices.
Sandwich shut and toast on a pan with some butter, or grill until golden brown on both sides.
Slice in half, and serve immediately.
