Kurkuri Bhindi is a crispy, irresistible snack that highlights the humble okra in the most delicious way. Thinly sliced bhindi is coated with Urban Platter roasted chickpea flour and a simple blend of red chilli powder, Lakadong turmeric, and chaat masala, giving it a bold, tangy kick. Deep-fried until lightly golden and crunchy, each bite offers the perfect balance of spice and texture. Ingredients

200g Bhindi (thinly sliced)

3-4 tbsp Urban Platter Roasted Chickpea Flour

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1⁄2 tsp Urban Platter Lakadong Turmeric

1⁄2 tsp Chaat Masala

400ml Oil (for frying)
Directions
In a bowl, add in the thinly sliced Bhindi, Roasted Chickpea Flour, and the spice powders.
Mix until all the pieces of Bhindi are coated well.
Heat the oil in a pan, and sprinkle in the flour-coated Bhindi in 2-3 batches.
Fry for 4-5 minutes or until slightly golden in colour.
Remove from the oil, and place on a plate lined with tissue to soak up any residual oil.
Serve immediately for a simple and tasty snack.
