Ingredients

60ml Lemon Ginger Syrup

2 tbsp Pomegranate Arils

8-10 Mint Leaves

2-3 Ice Cubes

200ml Soda/Water

2 tbsp Basil Seeds (soaked in water)

1 tsp Shikanji Powder

1 slice of Lemon (for garnish)

Mint Leaves (for garnish)
Directions
Pour the Lemon Ginger Syrup into a glass of choice.
Sprinkle in the pomegranate seeds and mint leaves and muddle.
Add in the ice cubes, and top up with the soda.
Spoon the basil seeds and the shikanji masala over the soda, and mix well.
Garnish with the mint leaves and lemon slice, and serve immediately.
