Ingredients

Urban Platter Shirataki Rice

2 tbsp Oil

1 tsp mustard

2-3 green chillies

2 tsp Urad Dal

2 tsp Chana Dal

2-3 Red Chillies

2 tbsp Cashew
-
1 sprig Curry Leaves

¼ tsp Turmeric

Salt

2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Directions
Open the Shirataki rice packs, Rinse the Rice in two cups of water, drain and set aside.
In a pan heat 2 tbsp of oil, add mustard seeds, Green Chillies, Urad Dal, Chana Dal and saute for half a minute. Then add red chillies, curry leaves, red chillies, cashews, turmeric and saute for another half a min.
Add the drained shirataki rice to the pan and mix for a min, then add some salt and lemon juice mix and serve! Enjoy!
