2 tsp Matcha Powder

100ml Hot Water
Directions
In a medium sized bowl, sieve the Matcha powder.
Pour the hot water over it, and whisk using the traditional bamboo whisk, in zig zag motions.
Pour into small glasses and serve hot, or pour it over a glass of sweetened milk and ice, and enjoy chilled.
