Ingredients

500ml Milk

8-10 pcs Gum Katira Crystals (soaked in water overnight)

100ml Rooh Afza

100g Watermelon (cut into chunks)

2 tsp Basil Seeds
Directions
In a large bowl pour the milk, along with the rooh afza, and basil seeds.
Whisk well and set aside.
Spoon the soaked crystals into glasses of choice.
Add ice, and top with rose milk mixture.
Garnish with rose petals, and serve immediately.
