These Pea Protein Cabbage Rolls are a light, flavorful, and protein-packed dish perfect for a wholesome meal. Softened cabbage leaves are filled with a vibrant mixture of garlic, onions, capsicum, and rehydrated pea protein seasoned with sriracha and soy sauce for a delicious savoury kick. Steamed to tender perfection, the rolls are then finished with a simple yet aromatic sauce made from soy sauce, garlic, water, and fresh spring onions. Ingredients

1 large Cabbage

250g Pea Protein Granules

2 tbsp Onions (finely chopped)

1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)

1⁄2 Green Capsicum (finely chopped)

2 tbsp Oil

2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce

1 tbsp Premium Light Soy Sauce
For the Sauce
-
1 tbsp Garlic
-
1⁄2 cup Water
-
2 tbsp Premium Light Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Spring Onion
Directions
Soak the cabbage leaves in hot water for 10 minutes. Remove, carefully separate the leaves. dry, and set aside.
Rehydrate the Pea Protein Granules, mix well, and keep aside.
In a large pan heat oil, add the garlic, onion and capsicum.
Saute on a high flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add sriracha sauce and Premium Light Soy Sauce. Cook until well combined.
Add re-hydrated Pea Protein Granules and saute for a minute or until cooked.
Take the cabbage leaf and add spoonful of the stuffing in the centre, fold and roll to form a spring roll shape.
Cook in a bamboo steamer for 15 minutes.
In a bowl mix in Urban Platter Premium Light Soy Sauce, water, finely chopped garlic and spring onions.
Drizzle the sauce over the Cabbage Rolls, serve, and enjoy!
