1 packet Urban Platter’s Ready-to-Eat Udon Noodles

2-3 tsp Chiu Chow Chilli Oil

4-5 tbsp Peanut Butter

1⁄2 tsp Garlic (finely chopped)

2 tsp Soy Sauce

150ml Hot Water

Spring Onions (for garnish)
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together the Chilli Oil, peanut butter, garlic, soy sauce and the hot water and whisk together until it forms a thick, but runny sauce like consistency.
Add in the ready to eat noodles and mix gently until the noodles are fully coated in the sauce.
Garnish, and serve hot.
