Ingredients

3 large potatoes, peeled

2 + 1 tablespoon peri peri seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons oil

1 cup mayonnaise

Freshly chopped cilantro
Directions
Cut the peeled potatoes into long slices and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of peri peri seasoning, salt, and oil to the bowl.
Mix well using a glove or spatula, ensuring the potatoes are evenly coated.
Transfer the seasoned potatoes to an air fryer basket.
Air fry at 200°C (392°F) for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
While the potatoes are cooking, make the sauce.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of peri peri seasoning, and freshly chopped cilantro.
Mix well until the sauce is smooth and homogeneous.
Once the potatoes are done, transfer them to a serving platter. Sprinkle with additional peri peri seasoning and cilantro for extra flavor. Serve hot with the peri peri sauce on the side for dipping.
