250g Brazil nuts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon agave syrup

2 sprigs fresh rosemary (stems removed, finely chopped)

Directions
Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine Brazil nuts, olive oil, agave syrup, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
Spread the nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
