Seed Crackers are a wholesome, crunchy snack made with simple, nourishing ingredients. Ingredients

100g Seedy Salad Topping Mix

150g Flax Seeds

150ml Water
Directions
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
In a bowl, mix together the water and flax seeds, and allow to rest for 1-2 minutes.
Add in the Seedy Salad Topping Mix, and mix well.
Lightly grease a baking tray, and spread the mixed seeds mixture into a thin, even layer, using an offset spatula.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until all moisture has evaporated.
Remove, and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
Break into the desired size, and store in an airtight container.
