Ingredients

250g Roasted Chickpea Flour

100-200ml Water

1 Red Onion (chopped)

1 Tomato (chopped)

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1⁄2 tsp Coriander Powder

1⁄2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tbsp Cumin Seeds

1 packet of Bread
-
2-3 tbsp Avocado Oil
-
2 nos Cucumbers (sliced)

2 nos Tomatoes (sliced)

1 tbsp Green Chutney
-
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce

100g Cheese (grated)
Directions
In a grill pan, heat the Avocado Oil on a medium to low flame.
In a large bowl, mix together the Roasted Chickpea Flour, spice powders, chopped vegetables, cumin seeds, and enough water to make a thick batter.
Dip the bread into the batter, and coat well on both sides.
Place the coated bread onto the heated grill pan, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Remove onto a chopping board.
Spread the green chutney evenly, and layer with tomato slices.
Sprinkle the grated cheese and place another slice of the Chilla Bread.
Spread the chilli sauce, and layer with cucumber slices.
Sprinkle some more cheese on top and sandwich shut with The third slice of bread.
Slice in half, serve with chutney or sauce of choice, and enjoy!
