2 pc Bagels (sliced)

200g Cashews (soaked for 2-3 hours in hot water)

1 tbsp Tandoori Tikka Masala

2-3 tbsp Basil Pesto
Directions
In a blender, blend the soaked cashews until a smooth and thick paste is formed.
Divide the mixture into three equal parts.
Add the Tandoori Tikka Masala to make the orange section of the flag, and the Basil Pesto to make the green section.
On the bottom half of the sliced Bagel, spread the three colours liberally, to form the colours of the flag.
Serve immediately, and enjoy!
