Tofu & Seaweed Dumplings 🥟🌊

Ingredients
400g firm tofu, cut into 8 rectangular pieces
- 2 nori sheets, cut into 8 thin strips
- 16 rice paper sheets
- 3–4 tbsp oil (for frying)
- 4 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Fresh chopped green onion (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Directions

Take one strip of nori and wrap it around the center of each tofu piece.

Dip one sheet of rice paper into warm water for 3–4 seconds, then place it on a flat plate.
- Repeat with a second sheet and layer it directly on top of the first one, pressing gently to stick them together.

Place a nori-wrapped tofu piece in the center of the rice paper.
- Fold and wrap the tofu tightly like a spring roll. Repeat this for all tofu pieces.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Once hot, add the tofu wraps and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Transfer to a serving plate and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, sugar, water, and cornstarch until well combined. Pour this mixture into the same pan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens into a glossy glaze.

Pour the thickened sauce over the fried tofu wraps.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds
