Ingredients

150g of chopped Cauliflower

150g Green Beans

2 Circular Cut Carrots

1 Circular Cut Cucumber

3-4 Garlic Cloves

½ Finely Chopped Ginger

2-3 Green Chillies

2 Cups of Urban Platter Brewed White Vinegar

2 Cups of Water

1 tsp Black Mustard Seeds

1 tsp Yellow Mustard Seed

½ tsp Sichuan Pepper

¾ Urban Platter Khandsari Sugar
Directions
Add chopped cauliflower, green beans, cucumber, carrots, garlic, chopped ginger and green chillies in a bowl, mix and add to a glass jar
In a pan add water, vinegar, mustard seeds, sichuan pepper, Urban Platter khandsari sugar and mix thoroughly and bring to a boil.
Cool down the mixture then add it to the vegetables. Close the lid and let it rest for 1 day. After the resting period your pickle is ready to be savoured with your favourite meals. Enjoy!
