Great product, terrible customer service

Their customer service is really bad. The only way to contact them is on WhatsApp and they don't respond promptly. They only respond after bugging them multiple times.

Spoilt milk

I had ordered 12 pkts of the almond milk and have used 6 so far which are fine the 7th one turned out curdled like smelling and bad. The expiry date was 2026 so wondering why this has happened.
