Blended with tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil, this hummus is smooth, velvety, and packed with bold, umami flavour. The black garlic adds a unique depth, making it both gourmet and comforting. Garnished with fresh parsley, cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of olive oil, it pairs perfectly with warm pita bread and tangy pickled vegetables. 2 cups Boiled Chickpeas

2 tbsp Urban Platter Tahini Paste

1⁄2 Lemon juice

1⁄2 cup Olive oil

1 tbsp Urban Platter Black Garlic Paste

1⁄2 cup Pickled vegetables

4 Pita bread
-
Parsley (for garnish)

Cherry tomato (for garnish)
Directions
In a food processor, add boiled chickpeas, tahini paste, lemon juice, olive oil, Urban Platter Black Garlic Paste, salt and blend it until smooth.
Transfer the Black Garlic Hummus in a serving bowl and add a generous amount of olive oil on top.
Garnish with chickpeas, parsley, cherry tomato and black garlic.
Serve Black Garlic Hummus with Pita Bread and pickled vegetables.
