Blackened Cajun Paneer is a bold, flavour-packed dish that brings smoky Cajun heat to a comforting vegetarian favourite. Paneer cubes are marinated with Slap Ya Mama Hot Blend Cajun Seasoning and toasted onion and garlic, then pan-fried until beautifully charred and crisp on the outside. Served with sautéed bell peppers and broccoli, this dish is finished with a rich, spicy Cajun pepper sauce infused with garlic and parsley. Paired with hot rice, Blackened Cajun Paneer makes a hearty, restaurant-style meal that delivers spice, texture, and indulgence in every bite.
Ingredients

200 gm Paneer (cut into squares)

3 tbsp Slap Ya Mama Cajun Pepper Sauce

2 tbsp Slap Ya Mama Hot Blend Cajun Seasoning

2 tbsp Slap Ya Mama Toasted Onion & Garlic

2 Bell peppers (diced)

1 Broccoli (cut into florets)

1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)

2 tbsp Oil

½ cup Rice

Parsley (finely chopped)
Directions
In a bowl marinate paneer with Slap Ya Mama Hot Blend Cajun Seasoning, Slap Ya Mama Toasted Onion and Garlic and keep it aside.
Saute bell peppers, broccoli for 3-4 minutes and keep it aside.
Now heat oil in a pan, place marinated paneer and pan fry it until brown in colour from both the sides.
For the sauce heat oil in a pan, add garlic Slap Ya Mama Cajun Pepper Sauce, Slap Ya Mama Toasted Onion and Garlic, water, parsley and cook until thick pouring consistency
Serve Cajun Blackened Paneer with sauteed vegetables, prepared sauce and hot rice.
