Blueberry Kulfi is a refreshing twist on the classic Indian frozen dessert, combining creamy richness with a burst of fruity flavour. Directions
Whisk together the Oat Milk, Cream, Coconut Milk Powder, and Blueberry powder until well combined.
Pour into kulfi moulds, add the wooden stick, and freeze overnight.
Once frozen, thaw the mould, with your hands, or in a bowl of water.
Remove the kulfi by slowly twisting the stick until it has loosened from the sides, and pull it out
Serve immediately and enjoy.
