Ingredients

1 Chickpeas in Brine

1 tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Onions (thinly sliced)

1 Cucumber (medium diced)

1 Tomato (medium diced)

1 tbsp Parsley (finely chopped)

1 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning

1 tsp Zaatar Powder
Directions
Strain the Brined Chickpeas and transfer it in a mixing bowl.
Add Pink Himalayan Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and mix well.
Now air fry the chickpeas at 190 ̊C for 15-20 minutes and again add it in the mixing bowl.
Now add onions, cucumber, tomato, Lemon Pepper Seasoning, parsley and mix well.
Transfer it in a serving bowl, top it off with the Zaatar Powder, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
