Creole Style Dirty Rice is a bold, flavour-rich dish inspired by classic Southern comfort food with a vegetarian twist. Crumbled tofu is sautéed in butter and infused with aromatic toasted onion, garlic, and Creole seasonings, creating a savoury, spiced base. Colourful bell peppers and celery add freshness and crunch, while Slap Ya Mama Cajun hot sauce brings signature heat and depth.
