Everything Bagel Bowl is a fresh, wholesome, and flavour-packed meal that brings together the classic taste of an everything bagel in a nutritious bowl format. Loaded with protein-rich quinoa and seared tofu, this bowl is balanced with crisp lettuce, juicy cherry tomatoes, and refreshing cucumber. Creamy avocado and a spicy cream cheese dressing add richness, while roasted peanuts provide a satisfying crunch. Finished with a drizzle of olive oil and a generous sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning, this bowl is perfect for a healthy lunch or light dinner that’s both nourishing and delicious.
Ingredients

4-5 Lettuce Leaves

200g Quinoa (cooked)

200g Tofu (seared, sliced)

1 Cucumber (sliced into rounds)

10-12 Cherry Tomatoes (sliced in half)

20g Roasted Peanuts

1 Avocado (sliced thinly)

100g Cream Cheese
-
2 tbsp Hot Sauce (of choice)

1-2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

2 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and the hot sauce, till well combined, and set aside.
To assemble the Bagel Bowl, layer the lettuce leaves in your bowl of choice.
Spoon the cooked quinoa, and spread evenly.
Spoon the cream cheese mix into the centre of the bowl, and arrange the tofu, veggies, and peanuts around it.
Drizzle the Olive Oil over it, and sprinkle the Bagel Seasoning over it.
Serve immediately, and enjoy!
