Panna Cotta
Matcha Panna Cotta is a creamy, refreshing dessert infused with the earthy flavour of ceremonial matcha and the richness of coconut cream. Khandsari sugar adds a delicate sweetness, while vanilla brings a subtle aromatic note. The smooth matcha mixture is gently cooked with agar agar, strained, and chilled until perfectly set. Each serving is topped with creamy yogurt and a light dusting of matcha powder for an elegant finish. Easy to prepare and beautifully presented, this Matcha Panna Cotta makes a delightful dessert for special occasions, tea-time gatherings, or whenever you want a unique matcha-inspired treat.

Ingredients
- 2 packets Coconut Cream
- 1/4 cup Khandsari Sugar
- 1.25 teaspoons Agar Agar Powder
- 1 tablespoon ceremonial Matcha Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Yogurt, for topping
- Matcha powder, for dusting
Directions
Combine coconut cream, Khandsari sugar, agar agar powder, ceremonial matcha powder, and vanilla extract in a blender jar.
Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the blended matcha mixture into a saucepan.
Stir well and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
Boil gently for 1 minute.
Turn off the heat and strain the mixture into a jar.
Pour the strained matcha mixture into serving bowls or ramekin glasses.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove from the refrigerator.
Top each serving with 1 tablespoon of yogurt.
Dust a little matcha powder on top.
