Methi Thepla is a wholesome Gujarati flatbread known for its earthy flavour and soft texture. Made with a nourishing blend of bajra flour and wheat flour, the dough is mixed with fresh methi leaves, green chillies, and red chilli powder for a gentle spice and aroma. Rolled thin and cooked until golden on both sides, thepla becomes slightly crisp outside while staying soft inside. Lightly brushed with oil and served hot, it pairs perfectly with pickle, curd, or chutney, making it a versatile option for breakfast, travel meals, or comforting home-style dining.
