1 Chinese cabbage

1 tbsp Toasted Sesame seeds (coarsely crushed)

1⁄2 tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt

2 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)

2 tbsp Sesame oil

2 tbsp Spring onion (finely chopped)

1 tbsp Miso Paste
Directions
Cut the core of the chinese cabbage, roughly chop, and wash nicely.
Now in a bowl add the chopped chinese cabbage, top it off with garlic, crushed toasted sesame seeds, sesame oil and Pink Himalayan Salt.
Serve with Urban Platter Miso Paste and garnish with spring onions.
