Ingredients

1 sachet vanilla cake premix
- 1 sachet chocolate cake premix
- 3 + 3 tablespoons oat milk, divided
- 1 + 1 tablespoons oil, divided
- Your favorite ice creams
Directions
1. In two microwave-safe mugs, add the vanilla cake premix to one mug and the chocolate cake premix to the other.
- 2. Pour 3 tablespoons of oat milk into each mug.
- 3. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to each mug.
- 4. Mix the contents of each mug well until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
- 5. Microwave each mug separately for 2 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through.
- 6. Let cool slightly, then top with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
- 7. Enjoy your quick and easy mug cakes!
