Nori Tofu is a flavourful fusion dish that combines crispy tofu with the savoury, umami-rich taste of nori seaweed. Wrapped in delicate nori sheets, coated in cornflour, and pan-seared until golden brown, the tofu develops a deliciously crisp exterior while remaining soft inside. A rich soy-based sauce infused with garlic, green chilli, and spring onions adds depth and bold flavour to every bite. Finished with a garnish of sesame seeds and fresh spring onions, this dish is both satisfying and elegant. Perfect as an appetiser, side dish, or light meal, Nori Tofu delivers a delightful blend of textures and Asian-inspired flavours.
