A decadent and gluten-free treat, these brownies are made with oat flour and packed with intense dark chocolate flavor. A final sprinkle of sea salt perfectly balances the sweetness.

Ingredients
100 gm Unsalted Butter
100 gm Dark Chocolate, chopped
50 gm Caster Sugar
3/4 cup Soy Milk
100 gm Oat Flour
25 gm Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chunks, plus extra for topping
Sea Salt, for sprinkling
Directions
Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F). Line your baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang to easily lift the brownies out later.
Melt Chocolate & Butter: Create a double-boiler by placing the large mixing bowl over a saucepan with a few inches of simmering water. Add butter and chopped dark chocolate to the bowl. Stir occasionally until completely melted and smooth.
Add Wet Ingredients: Once melted, remove the bowl from the heat. Whisk in the caster sugar and soy milk until everything is well combined and glossy.
Fold in Dry Ingredients: Add the oat flour and cocoa powder to the wet mixture. Using a spatula, gently fold the dry ingredients in until the batter is smooth and there are no visible streaks of flour.
Add Chocolate Chunks: Fold in the 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chunks.
Bake: Transfer the batter to your prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with the spatula. Sprinkle some extra dark chocolate chunks on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 160°C for 40 minutes.
Cool & Finish: Once baked, remove the brownies from the oven and immediately sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top. Allow them to cool completely in the baking dish.
Serve: Once cooled, lift the brownies out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Transfer to a chopping board, slice into your desired size, and enjoy!
