100gm Protein Spaghetti

3 tbsp Olive Oil

2 tbsp Vinegar

1⁄2 tbsp Pizza Pasta Seasoning

1 Onions (thinly sliced)

1⁄2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (cut into half)

1⁄2 cup Cucumber (cut into quarters)

1⁄3 cup Bell Pepper (medium diced)

2 tbsp Black Olives (sliced)

Parsley (for garnish)

Parmesan Cheese (for garnish)
Directions
Heat a pot of water, add in the Urban Platter Protein Spaghetti and boil it for 10-12 minutes and strain it.
Now in a jar add in Urban Platter Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vinegar, Urban Platter Pizza And Pasta Seasoning and mix well.
In a mixing bowl add in the cooked spaghetti, onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, black olives, prepared salad dressing and mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
Transfer it in a serving bowl, garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese.
Serve and enjoy!
