225g Flour

150g Pecan Flour

120g Brown Sugar

2 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Baking Soda

1⁄2 tsp Cinnamon Powder

1⁄4 tsp Salt

225ml Almond Milk
-
90ml Oil
-
90ml Maple Syrup

120g Chopped Pecans
Directions
In a large bowl, sift together flour, Pecan Flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together Almond Milk, oil, Maple Syrup and Brown Sugar
Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients together into a smooth and thick batter.
Add in the chopped pecans and mix well.
Line a muffin tray, and pour the batter, filling each to about 3/4th full.
Bake at 180oC for 15-22 minutes until golden brown, or a toothpick inserted, comes out clean.
