Pecan Tart is a rich and indulgent dessert that combines a buttery, nutty crust with a luscious pecan filling. Made with pecan flour and all-purpose flour, the crisp tart shell provides the perfect base for a caramel-like mixture of jaggery, maple syrup, and cream cheese. Chopped pecans add a delightful crunch and deep roasted flavour, creating a delicious contrast of textures in every bite. Baked until golden brown and beautifully set, this tart is perfect for festive occasions, family gatherings, or as a special homemade treat. Serve warm or chilled for a truly satisfying dessert experience.

Add maple syrup and mix well.
Add cream cheese and stir until smooth and combined.
