Lightly roasted popped amaranth is combined with melted coconut jaggery to create soft, naturally sweet laddoos packed with earthy flavour and crunch. The jaggery binds the mixture beautifully while adding a rich caramel-like sweetness that perfectly complements the nutty taste of amaranth. Quick to prepare and free from refined sugar, these laddoos make a healthy snack or festive treat. Enjoy them fresh as an energy-boosting bite that celebrates traditional ingredients and simple homemade goodness.
