Ingredients
-
1 packet Shirataki Knots
-
10-12 tomatoes (blended into a puree)
-
2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
-
1 Red Onion (chopped)
-
1 tbsp Dried Oregano
-
1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
-
1 tbsp Pepper
-
8-10 Basil Leaves (sliced thinly)
-
2 tbsp Grated Parmesan (for garnish)
Directions
In a kadai, heat some oil and saute the garlic and onion for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the pureed tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes until most of the water has evaporated from the tomatoes.
Sprinkle the chilli flakes, oregano, half of the thinly sliced basil leaves, pepper, and mix well.
Allow to cook for another 1-2 minutes, remove from the flame and set aside.
Rinse the Shirataki Knots with water, and add it to the sauce.
Toss gently until the knots are well coated in the sauce, and add to your serving dish.
Garnish with parmesan cheese, and the basil, and serve immediately.
