Shirataki Triple Schezwan Noodles are a fiery, flavour-packed dish that brings together the best of spicy Indo-Chinese cuisine with a healthy twist. Made with low-carb shirataki noodles, this recipe combines bold ingredients like garlic, ginger, green chillies, and Chiu Chow chilli oil for an intense kick of heat. 1 packet Shirataki Noodles

2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)

2 tbsp Ginger (chopped)

1 Red Onions (chopped)

4-5 Green Chillies (sliced)

1 Carrot (diced)

5-7 French Beans (chopped)

1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce

2 tbsp Chiu Chow Chilli Oil

100g Cooked Rice

1 tbsp Spring Onions (sliced)

Spring Onion Curls (for garnish)
Directions
Rinse the Shirataki Noodles in water, and set aside.
Heat some oil in a large kadai, and saute the ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion, for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the carrot and french beans, Light Soy Sauce, and Chiu Chow Chilli Oil and mix well.
Spoon in the cooked rice, and mix well.
Add the rinsed Shirataki Noodles, and sprinkle with the sliced spring onions.
Toss the Noodles, until everything is mixed well.
Place the cooked noodles into a bowl, and press down.
Cover the bowl with a serving plate, flip, and remove the bowl.
Garnish with the spring onion curls, and serve immediately.
