Spiced Tofu Skewers are a delicious fusion dish that pairs smoky, flavour-packed tofu with fresh and vibrant wrap accompaniments. Marinated in a blend of olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and Cajun seasoning, the tofu develops a bold, savoury flavour and a beautifully golden exterior when air-fried. Served over a soft tortilla spread with creamy tzatziki and topped with tangy pickled onions, this dish offers the perfect balance of spice, freshness, and texture. Garnished with coriander and a squeeze of lemon, Spiced Tofu Skewers make a wholesome meal, appetiser, or party favourite that’s both satisfying and easy to prepare.
Ingredients

200g Tofu (sliced thin)

2-3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce

1 tsp Cajun Seasoning

1⁄2 tsp Honey
For the Wrap

2-3 Tortilla Wraps

1-2 tbsp Tzatziki

Pickled Onions (for garnish)

Coriander Leaves (for garnish)

Lemon Wedges (for garnish)
Directions
In a medium sized bowl, mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey and cajun seasoning until well combined.
Add in the sliced tofu and mix gently till well coated.
Slide the tofu onto a skewer, brush gently with some more of the marinade, and air fry at 180 ̊C till golden brown on all sides.
In the meantime, assemble the open wrap by spreading the tzatziki over the wrap, and sprinkle the pickled onions over it.
Place the cooked tofu skewers on top, and drizzle a bit of chilli oil for an extra kick.
Garnish with coriander leaves, and lemon, and serve immediately!

If skewers are wooden, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes before air frying to prevent burning.
