Tofu Chips are a crispy, protein-packed snack that’s both simple and satisfying. Thin slices of tofu are coated with a creamy tahini mixture seasoned with cayenne and garlic powder, creating a bold and savoury flavour. Baked until golden and crunchy, these chips offer a deliciously light alternative to traditional fried snacks. The nutty richness of tahini pairs perfectly with the gentle heat of cayenne, making every bite flavourful and addictive. Serve them fresh with your favourite dip for a wholesome snack, appetiser, or guilt-free treat that’s perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients
200g Tofu
200ml Tahini
2 tbsp Cayenne Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
Directions
Slice the tofu into thin strips, and place on a baking tray lined with parchment.
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the tahini, cayenne powder and garlic powder, until combined.
Brush onto the sliced tofu, making sure to coat both sides.
Bake at 150-160 degrees celcius for 20-30 minutes, or until crispy.
Serve with a dip of choice, and enjoy!
