In a food processor add Walnuts, Maple syrup and dates.
Pulse until the ingredients are ground into a fine paste like consistency.
Spoon the mixture into a greased dish of choice, and smoothen out until evenly spread.
Refrigerate it for 30-40 minutes and cut into squares.
Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with pumpkin seeds and desiccated coconut.
