It tastes good, it is easy to make. But I am not sure if soy cream is made after sauteing or soaking in water. Due to phytic acid which is not good for digestion. This is also a question if anyone can answer, I would be grateful.

It‘s very a simple approach towards good health. A vegan person would never prefer sugar in it. Hence, taste is great easy to make, consistency is good too with 2 heaps of spoons. Just the sugar is too much, for me at least I take no sugar at all.
