I am really impressed with the product (tasty for a chai lover), but one amused at the same time. On one hand health is taken care by vegan option & on another hand sugar is sugar is compromised. This tea should be either with 1/4 th sugar or no sugar at all, those who want to mix can mix later, I request to do something about this at least with a brand like UP it‘s least expected. Sugar is much more harmful then any other thing, since I left it 10 years ago. 1 star deducted for too much sugar.

As the name suggests, it‘s a plain chai and easy to make and carry as am vegan. However, we can add ginger, elaichi etc to enhance its taste.

Really not happy with this original flavor.. it‘s just too milky and bland.. I prefer the elaichi anyday.
