Kokam concentrate is the aqueous extract from fruits available in Konkan Region. The fruits are cleaned thoroughly, soaked and processed in our state of the art plant where the cold extraction process is carried out on a totally automatic plant without human intervention. Maintaining strict hygienic conditions, the extract is in its absolute pure form without any salt, sugar or any preservatives thus keeping the flavor, color, and taste intact.  It is rich in antioxidants, helps in resisting cholesterol, an antacid, a good appetizer and an effectual coolant beneficial in easing gastric ailments like acidity, indigestion, and constipation. Besides it is also used in regional cuisines, especially in the Konkan belt and more commonly used in refreshingly tasty Kokum drinks especially during the summers because of its cooling effects.
