  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  
• Manage end-to-end procurement for imported SKUs across multiple international sourcing geographies
  
• Own vendor relationships — negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms with international suppliers
  
• Plan and raise purchase orders aligned with demand forecasts, reorder levels, and buffer stock norms
  
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and CHA for timely clearance of shipments
  
• Ensure full compliance with FSSAI import regulations, BIS norms, and other statutory requirements for food and specialty products
  
• Track shipments from origin to warehouse and maintain real-time visibility on ETA and delays
