Guidelines

  • Registrations close 6 hours before the workshop starts, allowing us to create the best experience for you. Be sure to book in advance!
  • Please reach 10 minutes prior to start time to facilitate smooth entry and find parking. You can find parking in the by-lanes near the venue.
  • If you have any dietary restrictions or preferences (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, food allergies), please inform the instructor before the workshop begins so that necessary modifications can be made.

His sessions are hands-on, insightful, and filled with practical takeaways that inspire confidence in the kitchen.     Ensure clean clothing, and avoid loose sleeves or jewelry. Dispose of waste properly. 
  • Handle knives with care. Cut away from your body and keep your fingers clear. Store knives safely on a stable surface or in a designated block.
  • Be cautious around induction cooktops and hot surfaces. Always use oven mitts when handling hot pans. When frying, keep a safe distance to avoid splattering.
