I wasn‘t sure why this product was being sold for over 200 bucks, but it isn‘t just a ball of twine, but also a handy forcep type scissor included within the container. The twine is sturdy as expected and I‘ve used it to truss a roulade so far, without issue. The product does its job as expected. Totally worth it for the unexpected extra of the forcep scissor enclosed within it. Urban Platter should perhaps consider updating the product images to include it, if they haven‘t done so already.
