Product is great, but there is too much packaging in delivery. Also, I got messages by email, Whatsapp and SMS -- any one form of follow up would have been enough.

Prompt, efficient and timely is how I would describe the services of Urban Platter. The products are definitely of good quality. However, if you establish an account with them, your profile may not display your purchase history as in my case, which I find a bit frustrating. In spite of my having submitted a request for the update, no action has been taken till date.
