Since I bought this product a long ago I don’t remember anything particularly. But if you are someone suffering with PCOD these are good for ur health as steel cut oats are mildly processed .AFAI I used to make oatmeal , porridge using these and they tasted fine . The packaging is good and they lasted for 2-3years(which is above the expiry date) when stored in refrigerator.

i use to buy only urban platter steel cut in 2018 , then i stopped because the quality went downhill after that i tried almost all the brands on amzn from true elements to raw essentials u name it , i have to say TRUE elements is worst of em all they are selling broken wheat by the name of oats its terrible , now after trying all the brands i bought urban platter again in 2020 and quality is back again , other good brands that i still use are nutriwish and raw essentials their steel cut taste almost similar to urban platter if not better.
