• White Corn Meal is coarse-grained corn flour, derived from the selection of several varieties, to obtain a special blend of extraordinary quality.
• Pristine white in colour, the Polenta Bramata from urban Platter is ideal for more traditional recipes and combines surprisingly with mushrooms, mock meat, mock sausages, stews and red sauces.
• Since its vacuum packed it ensures the product remains intact and retains its nutritional value. This pack of Polenta is sufficient for 8/10 portions. Note - Transfer contents into a jar once opened.
• Preparations - Bring to boil 2 litres of water for 500g (4-5 servings) of product, add salt. Gradually pour the polenta, stirring continuously for about 45 minutes. To obtain a more consistent polenta, increase cooking time. Finish with a touch of Olive oil or Butter.
