Khapli Wheat Flour is made from ancient Emmer wheat, a traditional grain cultivated in India for generations. Freshly stone-ground in small batches, it retains the bran, germ and endosperm for a naturally rich texture, nutty flavour and earthy aroma. Its versatile flour works beautifully for soft rotis, hearty parathas, rustic breads, crackers, cookies and homemade pasta—bringing the character of an heirloom grain to everyday cooking.
